What is an Anarcho-Capitalist?

An Anarcho-Capitalist is one who believes in the free-market.

An Anarcho-Capitalist is one who believes that only an individual can have rights. Groups do not have rights except for the rights derived from the individual members of the group.

Thus a corporation is not capitalist. A corporation is predicated on the idea of a government/corporate alliance. There is a name for such a system; it is called Fascism.

In a free-market capitalist system a group can not escape responsibility for there actions.

To understand how we got into this mess requires a brief lesson in history.

Before the Norman invasion of Saxon England in 1066, there was no real distinction between a tort and a crime (a tort is considerd an offense against an individual and a crime is considerd an offense against the state). The problem with such a system is what was defined as a crime was often something that any one with half a brain would define as a tort. For instance murder is considerd a crime. Why? Because the state does not consider you to be any thing but there property. In other words, you, as an idividual are to have your rights subordinated to the rights of the group(in this case the state).

This was the beginning of the corporation. It exist as a legal fiction. A group with rights. The united states government is itself a corporation.

The government see's you as a serf to be controlled, to them you have no rights.

To the state you don't have the right of free speech, your speech must comform to the wishes of the state. To the state you don't have the right to have and bear arms. If it suites them, you will be permitted weapons to serve the will of the state. To the state you don't have the right to own property, you are property!

To the state you don't even have the right to live, you exist to serve the will of the state. To die in there wars, and to pay taxes. Should you ever demand your rights, you will be made an example of. They will throw you in one of there prisons to be used and abused.

An Archo-Capitalist is one who understands all of this, and so concludes that the the state is, in and of itself evil. That freedom can only exist when man is the purpose of his own existance. Freedom can only exist when man is free to work for himself and to obtain property to sustain his life. That whenever any system seeks to subvert this right it is the duty of man to himself to distroy such a system. To do otherwise is sucide. Man is not part of a herd, he must have his own identity, he is not a number. Finally an Anarcho-Capitalist understands that to live man must respect his fellow mans right to do what-so-ever he pleases so long as it does not violate the rights of others.

«The idea of a joint, incorporeal being, made up of several real persons, is nothing but a fiction. It has no reality to it. It is a fiction adopted merely to get rid of the consequences of facts. An act of legislation cannot transform twenty living, real persons into one joint, incorporeal being. After all the legislative juggling that can be devised, "the company" will still be nothing more, less or other, then the individuals composing the company» (Lysander Spooner)
